It seems to me, cruising, that 126.40 sfr was not really a quote. What you get on the page where you select the flights is not the full quote (it only includes the base fare and airport/government taxes). When you click 'continue' and you get to the 'Review your itinerary and price' page, this is where your final quote (which will include YQ charge) will be displayed. The 'Review your itinerary and price' may also display a higher price if the availability changed while you were selecting your flights.
