They are in the process of building a connector between TBIT and T4. It will make airside access a lot easier. You can get all the way between T4 and T8 airside now (between T-4, T-5 and T-6 via tunnel and between T-6, T-7 and T-8 upstairs via walkway), which is nice.
Can anyone confirm that the TBIT to T4 connection will or won't require passing thru TSA? If TSA is needed then I fail to see any advantage to the current 3 minute walk outdoors.
