This happened to me a few weeks ago at LAX. There was this guy with a HUGE gut standing sideways in the SkyPriority line (against the rope) long before they started boarding. Everyone had to kinda slide by this guy as he wasn't moving off his spot.

He kept trying to get his wife and early 20's son to come stand in the line with him. His wife kept saying no, that it wasn't their turn to board.

Long story short, he was one of the last people to board.
