Coconut Plantation Area -- Central or Remote?
I found an oceanfront (basic) condo that I am interested in. While I've been to the other islands, I've never stayed in Kauai. I did a day trip about 20 years ago and it's a vague recollection

The description of the condo is "Located 6 miles north of Lihue at Coconut Plantation, the unit is located at Mokihana"

It is oceanfront + says there is shopping and restaurants.

Would there be any drawbacks to this location?
