OK, well I’ll answer my own question

The menu consisted of Beef Brisket & Mashed Potato or an Asian Chicken dish (no menus given so just from memory). There was Fruit for dessert.

Crew were great. Friendly & welcoming & kept us well supplied with drinks & snacks as we both decided we would skip dinner on this occasion.

Comical arrival as the jet bridge failed & we were kept on board for 20 minutes while ground staff faffed around to no avail. Eventually we deplaned from door 1R, which I have never done before. We climbed down the steps onto the tarmac & into the jet bridge from there & proceeded then as usual. Novel.
