Although I care to disagree that O'ahu is the worst of all islands to visit... I would agree that we have a few of the best beaches in Hawai'i. Yet, that's not to say that Hanalei, Poipu, Wailea, Hapuna, etc etc are not nice beaches

Two months and counting... hope it goes by fast and hope you have the least severe winters in Boston.
