You don't have a lot of choices, it's an overhyped place with overpriced everything. The Ritz is good, but I still think it's too close to FQ, too loud.
I've stayed at the Ritz 6+ times and never found noise to be an issue. The lobby has a bar that gets going on the weekends, but the rooms are silent, and pitch black if you draw the black out curtains. And you can always stay in the club accommodations if you want to avoid the lobby altogether.
