Spoke to BoA about the 1099 language. Constantly bounced from CSR to CSR. Eventually failed to resolve but escalated.

Manager called me back, and told me that the 1099 would be generated on earnings of 60k+ miles, and miles would be valued at one cent a piece. They were not specific/clear if this total included credit card earned miles.

As it's not possible to earn 60k on this promotion, I worry it may include CC offers. There are going to be some annoyed people who did 4+ simultaneous apps earlier this year if it is the case, when they get their 1099s.
