Many hotels give lounge access to registered occupants of some or all suites, not just the Presidential Suite. Some upscale hotels provide "butler service" for at least certain rooms and suites, which could involve bringing coffee/tea, packing and unpacking, some simple concierge-type requests such as dinner reservations. If the hotel does have such butler service, I would expect that it certainly would be offered to the Presidential Suite. Similarly, you might get free access to the pool and health club in locations where there's usually an additional fee.

A good hotel might go a bit above and beyond and provide a small gift in the Presidential Suite (chocolates, fruit bowl, wine, a book on the history of the hotel, etc.). If they know when you're arriving, a manager might meet you in the check in area and welcome you to the hotel. Check in might occur in thte suite. If you're arriving via the hotel's car service, you should be welcomed and greeted by name as you get out of the vehicle.
