Yep, when I was working in US we also had an Amex (green for all, Plat for Directors and above) paid by the employer directly, so I had to just explain the individual charges in concur each month. Any DCCed charges (amex doesn't have DCC, but just as an example) would have been OK. Same company here in Germany gives you the option to use your own CC (not all Germans have a CC!) or use the company secured Amex or Visa, but you have to submit an expense report for each trip separately.
