You can sometimes get access to the one world lounge at TBIT via the terminal 4 tunnel if you've got a long time there. Otherwise the Flagship lounge is your only option.
There's no airside connection between T4 and TBIT - if the OP is at LAX hours before the flight then the 1st class lounge in TBIT is worth a visit although it does necessitate clearing security twice
