Yes it is a bulkhead and yea it is hard to operate and so distant it is tiny. But on GRU overnights in particular I wouldn't worry about it, plus I'd be willing to sacrifice the IFE within arms-reach convenience for those seats on absolutely any flight.
Okay, thanks again for the advice. 18K it is for the 77L and 14G for the 789.
