On the way to SIN late november, taking a 24 hour layover. Basic plan:

1. Rent car in HNL airport (via priceline)
2. Drive to waikiki.
3. Check into hostel.
4. Swim at the beach!
5. Eat dinner.
6. Drive back to the airport the next morning.

questions: Good place to eat (for a vegetarian)??

What part of the beach is best to avoid crowds?

Can boogie boards be rented? If so, where?

Am I missing something?
