Can only help on the one quoted. Sorry, I have not been on the 789.

Row 18 seats are always the one I prefer. Why?

If I want to get up anytime, I don't have to bug anyone (same with 19C), BUT with 19C, if people want to get up, they have to bug me.

The row 19 seats you have listed also are interesting because as people board, they can hit your legs/seat, but that's minor. Row 18 for me though!
