Same here. I tried my bank issued debit card and it also has the same problem so it's not an issue with the cards. Any idea what this extra PIN screen is that it gets stuck on? I can cancel the transaction and Kate returns to the home screen and seems to be fine but when doing a BB load it gets stalled at a second PIN screen.
Ive had all sorts of not accepting my load. I usually will try it again, if still no luck I will just use the next card and retry the card that was having problems afterwards sometime.Usually when I retry the failed card it goes thru as if it was never tried before. if still NG then I call up the 800# on the back to make sure the funds are there, they always have been.I will then go to a register and it gets loaded that way
At times its the BB that isnt going thru, so I just pull another out and load that one , then try the failed BB if still NG, then I do a load or 2 at a reg then back to kate and usually she will take whatever is fed to her
