ITA Matrix generally is the best (using DL+ in the advanced routing codes). Although, as I say that, it doesn't seem to want to combine the DTW-FLL X fare option with the FLL-DTW-RDU X fare even though there is availability on both. There might be some obscure fare combinability rule at play there that is preventing it from pricing it.
