I'll be in Maui for a week in early Nov., staying at the Sheraton @ Kaanapali. I'm looking for some good running routes, in that general area if possible, preferably not on roads with a lot of traffic.

They'll sort of be warm-up runs for the Honolulu marathon, which I'm running in mid-December. I want to get a feel for running in the climate/humidity, which I'm not used to. I'll be looking for 10-15 mile routes.

Anyone have any good suggestions?
