As already noted, airports in North America have little need for routine commercial operations during the wee hours of the morning.
John Wayne Airport (SNA, Orange County) has a curfew for commercial operations. It prohibits commercial departures between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM (8:00 AM on Sundays) and commercial arrivals between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM (8:00AM on Sundays). General aviation is not subject to the curfew. Commercial flights would be allowed to land for emergencies and, to some extent, for irrops, but a flight departing too late to arrive at SNA before the 11:00 PM curfew would most likely be canceled.
