Is this still true.....just called the property and the answer was no perks if it is through a third party. Asked where on MR website does it says that and the answer was vague but it is standard business policy.

Any experiences to what I was quoted?
Is this a HUACA....case?
I spoke to customer service and they confirmed that as a Gold member I will not get any benefits as well, I only asked for lounge access and free internet. I felt like they didn't appreciate my business.

Any help from MR experts appreciated.
