It depends on your status. Ask for whatever you want (within reason) and the worst the Casino Host can say is sorry, I can not do that. They usually can comp rooms, upgrade rooms, give free meals, shows, limo to/from airport. Again, it depends on your status.
The Cosmo is currently going through a management change (new owners) and they are not connected with MGM or Caesars.
