The AEDs in most commercial settings are the fully automatic types with no screen that really frustrate medical professionals who can recognise rhythms much faster manually!
Anyway an ECG machine is asking a bit much I feel, it would only be useful if it beams the data back down to the on call doc (some systems do this don't they?!) rather than printing locally.
Pulse ox is pretty basic and standard equipment for everyone out in the world so surprised that is not on the list. I am also surprised that they carry the equipment to intubate someone, you're pretty lucky to come up with someone who is able to do that on any given flight! (full set of ET tubes but no pulse ox, go figure!)
