Question re damaged luggage/equipment
So reading the thread about the damaged suitcase and people being provided with replacement Suitcases got me thinking.
I'm travelling next year with my rollator (push along frame with a seat) due to mobility problems to Boston. I am totally panicking that it is going to get broken in transit.
If this happens, will ba get me a replacement asap? We are only going for five days and if I don't have it I will really really struggle.
I would ask on the disability forum but it's dead over there and as it's a ba specific question I thought I'd ask here.
