Hi, I hope I'm posting in the right place. I booked a flight through BA Exec club using Avios - this Thursday from London to Madrid (Iberia) and Madrid to London on July 28 (BA). This morning when I looked at my account I saw that my Iberia flight was cancelled. Calls to both BA and Iberia revealed that the flight itself wasn't cancelled - but for some reason I'm not on the reservation anymore (showing as cancelled in big red letters).
I'm leaving for London (from LA where I live) this Tuesday, can anyone help or advise me? It's hard to wait the "24 to 48 hours" that BA told me it would take!

Unfortunately sounds like the availability itself has cancelled. Via the oneworld desk BA will contact iberia and should get the flight reinstated.
