When you arrive on your flight from wherever, you just follow the signs towards baggage claim/transit. Eventually you'll end up at a big and very crowded "transit security screening" area. Don't go through security just yet, but look at the opposite where there is a lot of QR desks. Line up, and the person behind the desk will fix you up with 3 vouchers. 1 for free VISA, 1 for free breakfast and 1 for free hotel (Oryx Rotana if in Biz). Then you walk through the security screening and head towards immigration, where you give your voucher(s) and passport. Find the person responsible for Oryx Rotana (or whatever hotel you're staying at), sit back and wait for your shuttle.
They don't really check your voucher when entering the shuttle, so I guess in theory someone could sneak on the shuttle.
Appreciate the response. It sounds like the entire process upon landing is the same for all passengers, except for the one extra step of lining up at the QR desk. Good to know.
