OP is accusing DL of fraud. If he has balls (and thinks he has a case) he can be Lead Plaintiff in a class-action suit. There are plenty of class-action attorneys in the U.S. suing for less. If one of them thinks he has a case they'll be happy to work on a contingency-fee basis.
