Sure? "Financial compensation" (10€) and "later flight" (sometimes next week or next month, if you're lucky)? I wasn't offered anything specific, and it felt like I would have to accept anything they throw at me at boarding time without the right to say "no" since I already "volunteered".
I think it's good they ask for volunteers. I think it's a good business case to offer people to stay longer and get more people to their destination that really have to be there in time, while making money at the same time. But as always: the implementation could be improved. Either be more specific, or make sure the customer understands that, if he checks this box, he will be made an offer at boarding time that he then can accept or decline.
