The fact that you can make a change, even if you have to pay any difference in fare and additional ADP (UK tax) if you introduce a UK stop over of >24 hours.

BA also sell I fare in Club which, from the UK at least, are entirely inflexible - use it or lose, no change allowed.

In between I and J BA sell various fares that permit changes for a fee and fare difference, or just the fare difference, until you get to J fares which are entirely flexible with nothing else to pay.
