It's not quite beach, but the Sheraton near northern California Sonoma wine country (Pentaluma?) had a nice kitchenette in my upgraded deluxe corner room.

Element rooms have complete kitchens with full sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and at least a cooktop if there isn't an actual stove including an oven and broiler.

There are kitchenettes in at least some upgraded rooms ("suites" haha, but you can apparently use SNAs for these) in some Four Points.

I've been in other hotels where at least the deluxe rooms and suites have a big counter with a wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave. The Sheraton Duluth (on Lake Superior in MN) is an example but I've seen this in other Sheratons and Westins.

Every aloft room should have a coffeemaker and small refrigerator.
