Mr July: Not the answer to your question, but you might check your own Costco on macadamia nuts (unless you're talking the chocolate-covered kind). I can get mac nuts at my Costco for the same price as in Hawaii. I do buy the big jugs of coconut syrup at Costco in Hawaii though. I can't find coconut syrup at home.
