Our favorite day on Maui was driving the road to Hana - it's an all day event. The concierge at the Renaissance explained the whole excursion to us and loaned us a guide CD that we played in the car along the way. He told us where to get a picnic lunch, what time of day to go to beat the bus tours, where the best waterfalls were, etc.</font>

Maybe you could enlighten us to what secrets the concierge divulged on the Hana Road Trip. I will be there in December and have read a few things about the Road to Hana and am interested in driving it.
