Location: Currently in Bloomington, IN, but Normally NYC, CDG, and even POZ or wherever FT takes me.
Programs: Northwest Airlines. MTA pay-per-ride Metrocard; zero-balance Oyster card.

If you have miles with your regular airline, you might be able to get a cheap award inter-island ticket.

Otherwise you may find it cheaper to buy from travel agents/consolidators once you get to HNL (or wherever).
