why cant you try funding a small amount from a diff card to see if it triggers CA fee? i'm assuming you can only fund each acct via CC one time, correct?

either way, u can always "turn off" CA on ur card and then try it, if transaction gets declined, u know that specific card wont work, so move on to the next card. any reason this may not work?
