If any other airport has CatIII it would be YYZ and probably only on one of the new runways.

As for autolands it started on the L1011 and DC10. The 737-200 doesn't have it, but just about every other plane does. Pilots have to do a certain # of autolands for currency. Many pilots will tell you they can land smoother than the computer can. Generally this is true.
