Using 2 forms of payment for ticket(s)?
Is it possible to buy a single ticket from UA ... but use two different forms of payment to complete the purchase?

The reason: I have a Visa prepaid gift card that I'd like to use for a vacation flight purchase, but it won't cover the full cost. I'd then need to use a credit card (i.e. my Amex card) to pay the balance.

Is it possible online, i.e. through United.com?

Is it possible when calling in? (If so, is there an additional call center booking fee?)
