Probably anything that has "Villas" in the name. As far as I know, those tend to be the timeshare condos that would normally feature a kitchen or kitchenette, like the Lagunamar.
For example, in Hawaii, the The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas or The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas.

LOL. Yeah, I was hoping to be able to add "Villas" as an additional filter, but Sheraton Sharm Hotel, Resort, Villas & Spa only has a kitchen in their Presidential Suite and I couldn't confirm if there was a kitchen in any of the villas at Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas.
