How straight is straight - i.e. How long have you left between these flights. International to domestic MCT IS 90 minutes and that would be too tight for my liking.

At JNB you will have to retrieve your luggage, change terminal from international to domestic (a walk of 10-15 minutes), check in with Comair, clear security and get to the gate.

JNB is pretty efficient and so are Comair, but connecting at JNB does take time.
