Sorry, I meant J not F. I had someone talking in my ear as I was typing.

So I may as well OLCI? I'm wondering why I was told not to, and to check in at the airport. And I'm wondering why I was told the booking was now linked, that I would receive an email, and that the luggage would be checked through. This is the BA gold line. Do they not know what they're talking about? And does that mean I can't trust anything I'm told if I phone up?
