Thank you all. However when I mean it is a problem, I mean it is causing me the inconvenience of not being able to check in online.

I am not worried that it won't get resolved. It will of course, at the airport. It just makes me waste time to go there earlier.

The problem specifically is called out by the UA app as "name does not match passport". So I will follow the advice in the future and not be so clever to use the Dr title...

Ah well!
