I would imagine all Na Pali cruises leave from a marina on Kauai so you'd have to fly there first. You may want to change your itinerary a bit to allow you to stay on Kauai for a few days - it's a beautiful island. Once there, there are many companies that offer half-day and probably full-day cruises that take in the Na Pali coast.
