I never got my t mobile card to work. So I loaded my serve card on to the system and once it verified it I was able to load that. I don't know why the tmobile card didn't and customer no service wasn't any help. They all gave different reasons on why the system wasn't working. I even called t mobile card services and spoke with a supervisor. He told me that my reload it cards were not good and I needed a refund of my money . I declined

I'm real leery of doing this anymore since if there is a problem nobody wants to help.
