I have often seen ones that say something along the lines of "Lift with your legs, not your back" or other such safety messages.

I don't really understand why anybody cares about this... when you work an office job, you often get emails cheerleading the company/boss/elected, and nobody bats an eye. Retail workers have "team meetings" to motivate workers. This is just a different way of communicating.
