had a really disappointing stay here. like, after reading this thread, just shockingly subpar. so many little things went wrong. stealing from my TA review, but:

- had room at the very bottom of the resort, so worst view + directly located next to the highway, with plenty of noise (granted, hotel seemed very full)

- gym had no towels, water machine was empty, spiderwebs inside the workout area (as well as tons of spiders/webs in the main valet area, which didn't really bother me since it's a property in the mountains, but those who are squeamish might not want to look around too much)

- tub didn't empty on first day, didn't say anything, but maid noticed and took stopper out of tub and just left it on side of tub. maintenance knocked on my door at 10:45 PM with no warning to replace it.

- received a call on third night of my four-day stay to let me know about activities at the hotel, only for caller to realize about halfway through that i was leaving the next morning. then offered a $99/nt rate to return that was eligible for any returning guest and asked if i had any birthdays coming up in the future, to which i told the caller that it was in fact my birthday that day. that call didn't last much longer after that.

- was going to mention some of these things at checkout when the rep asked "so, how was your stay?", but the rep never bothered to ask

wasn't expecting to be fawned over given that i was a lowly plat staying on c+p, but rooms were $500 a night here when i was staying and i felt like i was staying at a staybridge suites on a priceline rate. location is great, and certain staff interactions were very good, but a joke for the price.
