Does anyone know what the fine/penalty is for overstaying a 72 hour TWOV? And is it advisable, or too risky?

The itinerary I want to book would put me 5 hours over (TWOV ends 00:01 just after Monday midnight, flight is 5:00am Tuesday morning).

One option is to check-in and clear immigration before midnight, but the airline/airport might not allow that.
