I have spoken to BA and they have offered:

- Sat night flight in CW for 35k avios refund (241 used)
- Sun night flight in First landing 24hours later with no guaranteed compensation for additional hotel cost

At the moment I'm still holding onto the Sunday night flight but I can't help but think there must be a better option. Is putting me onto the MH A380 flight in first too much to ask? (No avios availability currently).

I'm a bit concerned MH wouldn't be running an A380 KUL/LHR in Jan next year to be honest...
