With up to 11 flight per day ex-LHR, maybe AC should invest a few hours to train the GAs (and other staff such as concierges). Some of the staff at LHR are excellent IMO, but service has been very inconsistent IME.
The AC staff at LHR (Concierge assigned to flight) need to enforce this as most of the staff there are non-AC handling agents
