... and not only that, but quite often at LHR when the boarding process is at a point where the Zone 1 and 2 pax become a trickle, they start asking other zones to come over to the priority boarding stanchions... and not one at a time, but a whole hoard, so if you are a zone 1 or 2 pax and arrive "later", your priority boarding experience has essentially been removed now that you are waiting behind other zones.
With up to 11 flight per day ex-LHR, maybe AC should invest a few hours to train the GAs (and other staff such as concierges). Some of the staff at LHR are excellent IMO, but service has been very inconsistent IME.
