My usual reply is read the WiKis and threads. But as you said once I saw that this person took the time to actually go to a store and was confused and wanted to make sure what they were suppose to be buying.Then the gloves come off and I will walk with them and hopefully explain it so they will understand.Ive made my share of rude responses but its due to a person not willing to spend some time and read even a WiKi or do any of the homework by themselves.Once I see they tried then Id hope everyone would be kind and explain things and remember they too at 1 time were wearing those same exact shoes.

Or if a person would post OK I read the WiKi and /or thread/s and I still cant figure this out, it says xxxxx here and yet it says yyyy there.That person also should be helped as they have shown they arent simply looking for short cuts and in fact read all or alot of the material.

I really dont want anyone going out spending all sorts of $$$ only to find out they are SOL as what they purchased cant be used for what they were looking to do. But its a big difference between a person who did some leg work and tried on their own from a person leaning back , putting their legs on a table and demand to be served and taken care of. It was my pleasure to have helped them out, something I wish I could say alot more times
