Are you sure there are two lounges? Last time I was there (it's been almost a year) there was one very large J lounge in the main terminal, although it does have two separate seating areas.
It is all one lounge, however the two sections are sort of split by the check-in desk, so one who is new could get the impression that there are two sides.
I have wandered between the two without any issues at all.
