May be consider signing up for a few cards with decent bonus and fly Business class on an one way award ticket.

AA one way business to Asia 2 is just 55,000 miles.
Pick up an Citi AA card gets you 53,000 miles after completing a $3000 spend. Another $2000 in spend gets you to 55,000.

Or pick up the Citi AA Executive card and you have enough to fly First class on CX or JAL. Might not even want to get off the plane lol
