I've set up an account with CheckMyTrip, and it seems to have been the fastest to notify me. Even faster than BA updating MMB.
MyFlights is a free alternative, if you have an iOS device.

However it cannot query AA reservations (although if you booked via BA, it can see the AA reservations through the BA system).
